Dogtoberfest!

Today we spent several hours at the 4th annual Dogtoberfest. This is a fund raising event put on by St. Francis Service Dogs. It is a fun-filled event with many activities for dogs and people. Activities included blessing of the animals, Parade of Dogs, an agility course, Paw Casso, to name just a few. We had the opportunity to meet Curt (lower right corner pic) who was the significant other of Millie, Shanti's first partner. It was a nice reunion for him and Shanti and we enjoyed visiting with a gentle man who was an important part of Shanti's life. Mark and Cat attended the event with us, it was a warm October day and we all had a great time.
